Spriggl is an information and data platform that provides analytics, data, and AI-generated research on publicly traded securities. Spriggl is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, or dealer. Nothing on this platform should be construed as constituting any form of advisory or brokerage service. By accessing and using Spriggl, you acknowledge that you are receiving data and informational services only.
2. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on Spriggl constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, including scores, ratings, analysis reports, and AI-generated summaries, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The information presented on this platform should not be used as the sole basis for any investment decision. Spriggl strongly recommends that users seek independent professional financial advice before making any investment decisions.
3. Not FCA Regulated
Spriggl is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It does not provide any regulated financial services within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Spriggl operates as an information platform under applicable exemptions. 4. AI-Generated Content

Users should not rely solely on AI-generated analysis when making investment decisions. Spriggl accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
5. Data Sources & Accuracy
Data displayed on Spriggl is sourced from third-party providers, public regulatory filings, and publicly available information. Spriggl does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any data displayed on the platform. Stock prices and market data may be delayed and should not be used for time-sensitive trading decisions. Spriggl makes no representation that information on the platform is free from errors or omissions.
6. No Warranty
The Spriggl service and all content, features, and functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spriggl disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Spriggl does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spriggl and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of, or inability to use, the platform; (b) investment decisions made based on information or analysis provided on the platform; (c) errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data or analysis; (d) any interruption or cessation of the service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis for the claim.
8. User Responsibility
Users of Spriggl are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and for conducting appropriate due diligence before making any investment. Spriggl provides tools and information to support your research process; it does not make decisions on your behalf. 9. Intellectual Property
All reports, analysis, scores, and content generated by or displayed on Spriggl are the intellectual property of Spriggl Research and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit Spriggl content, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of Spriggl Research.
10. Acceptable Use
Users of Spriggl agree not to: (a) use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract data from the platform without prior written consent; (b) redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit data or content obtained from Spriggl; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems; (d) use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or the experience of other users. Spriggl reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
These Terms of Service were last updated on 25 March 2026. Spriggl reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
